• Allow 4-8 weeks for production (timeline may vary based on complexity)

4. Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of order placement. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. For custom orders, a deposit may be required, with the balance due before shipping.

Important: All payment card transactions are processed securely by third-party payment processors. We do not collect, store, or process your credit card information. Your payment details are handled entirely by our PCI Level 1 compliant payment service providers.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Motoya Kouture is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Standard items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Custom orders, sale items, and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Motoya Kouture and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. User Accounts
